Rabat. Academic collaboration between Parma and Morocco is growing. This morning at the University of Parma, an agreement was signed between the Italian institution and the Université Internationale de Rabat (UIR), a new public-private university, which already has agreements in place with a number of European schools. It was signed by Loris Borghi, Rector of the University of Parma, and by Abdelhafid Debbarh, the representative of UIR President Nourredine Mouaddib. Debbarh was accompanied by instructors and students, for whom the Parma visit is part of a broader Italian academic tour. The agreement covers instructor and student exchanges, new research projects on topics of mutual interest, the joint creation and development of new training modules, and conference organization.
