Catanzaro. Giada Tropea, 17-year old from Lamezia Terme in Calabria (province of Catanzaro) is the beauty who will be representing Italy at Miss World the most ancient and prestigious beauty contest in the world. She is a Mediterranean beauty measuring 175cm, brown eyes and hair, and 38-inch waist. She speaks English and French besides Italian and her hobbies include drawing, figure skating and going to the gym where she participates in GAG courses (Legs, Abs and Buttocks- LAB). Giada is single, loves the colour blue, animals, Juventus and is a daydreamer. These are her first words: “I wish to dedicate this victory to my family who has always been there for me and who has always believed in me and supported me anywhere and anyway”. Despite her young age, Giada is capable of maintaining her tranquillity and being her herself. Her spontaneity makes her stand out from the crowd, “I am currently in high school.
