The North American History of Economics Society has financed Fabrizio Simon’s proposal, from the University of Palermo “From Scotland to the South of the Mediterranean. The thought of Adam Smith through Europe and beyond”. The project was selected through an international competition among the best initiatives in the field of research and history of economic thought to “explore themes that have not yet received much attention and that have the potential to expand the number of scholars involved in the international network of the history of economic thought”.
