Erfurt – the Italian national chefs team “warms” the pans waiting for the Cuisine Olympics, an internationally renowned event organized by the Verband der Köche Deutschlands (German Cooks Federation), which takes place on October 22 to 25 at the exhibition center of Erfurt in Thuringia, in conjunction with the “inoga” fair, one of the largest and most important exhibitions in the world for welcoming, tourism, hotel, hospitality and culinary services. Led by Daniel Caldarulo and Pierluca Ardito, the Italian national chefs team, has collected the reins after the three very good management of Fabio Tacchella, assisted by Gianluca Tomasi, Fabio Momolo and Marco Valletta.
