Slatina. Pirelli celebrates a new investment plan through to 2021 in the production hub of Slatina. Pirelli celebrates its ten years of industrial presence in Romania announcing an ulterior investment of approximately €200 million through to 2021 in Slatina, in light of its strategic position in the context of team work. The new investment plan will create new jobs and will allow for an annual production capacity of 15 million parts compared to the current 10 million. The tenth anniversary was celebrated with the Romanian Prime Minister, Dacian Cioloş’s visit to Pirelli, accompanied by the Minister of Finance, Anca Dana Dragu and Minister of Labour, Dragos Pîslaru.
