Copenhagen – During the next meeting of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) in Copenhagen, Professor Alberto Sobrero will receive the ESMO Award, which, since 1985, is annually awarded to a European researcher who has contributed significantly to the development of Medical Oncology . The award ceremony will take place in Copenhagen, where on October 7 will open the meeting of experts. Before Sobrero two other Italians won the Award: Alberto Costa (2010) and Cora Sternberg (2013).
