Paris – With 31 companies Piedmont returned to the 27th edition of SIAL, one of the most important trade fairs of the food industry, including wine and beverages, held in Paris every two years. The Foreign Centre for Internationalization (Piemonte Agency) coordinates the regional presence divided between collective ICE (22 companies), the Meat, Dairy Products and Confectionery specialized pavilions (3) and the stand Piedmont Food Excellence (6), Integrated Supply Chain Project (PIF) that Piemonte Agency manages on behalf of the Piedmont Region, co-financed by the Development and Cohesion Fund. Many companies in the Piedmont delegation consider Sial a fixture to consolidate their market position and expand the sales network; among them: Agricola Belvedere, Acetificio Varvello, Molino Borgo San Dalmazzo, Molino Peila, Allemandi Pasta, Oryza, Principality of Lucedio.
