New York – While waiting for the first ‘Week of Italian Cuisine in the World’, which will be held November 21st to 27th, New York will host a four-day promotion, organized by Emilia Romagna Region in collaboration with Eataly, dedicated to typical Emilia Romagna ‘s products and dishes. Parmigiano Reggiano certainly could not miss and will be featured in numerous appointments from Wednesday, November 16th at Foodiversità space at Freedom Tower in New Eataly NYC Downtown, equipped with open kitchen, will begin a series of meetings and tastings dedicated to the King of Cheeses in combination with other products and wines of Emilia Romagna Region. Also in this space, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th, you can taste Parmigiano Reggiano in the dishes prepared by three famous local chef: Igles Corelli, Riccardo Agostini and Alberto Bettini; all three members of Cheftochef emiliaromagnacuochi.
