Kourou – The Vega launcher has completed its eighth mission successfully putting into orbit the turkish satellite Gokturk-1 at an altitude of about 700 km. With this Vega confirms successful again its sequence of perfect launches and reliability. The flight departed from the Kourou spaceport in French Guiana at 14:51 Italian time, 10:51 in Kourou and had a duration of 57 minutes and 19 seconds.
