Kabul – It was held on November 26 in Kabul the inauguration of the headquarters ERTV, Educational Radio TV, whose renovation was followed and financed by Italy through UNESCO, since 2003. The broadcasting station was furnished with state of the art equipment for the realization and the transmission of educational programs aimed at both teachers and tthe general public. Thanks to Italy’s contribution, since last September, ERTV is visible via satellite in all 34 provinces of the country, reaching remote areas, where there are no schools or are not accessible for security reasons and local political instability. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Ambassador Roberto Cantone, the Director AICSI Afghanistan Rosario Centola, Education Minister Assadullah Haneef Balkhi and representatives of UNESCO.
