(December 30, 2016) Simest, a company for the internationalization of the Italian companies of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, supports the development of Naples Magnaghi Group in Brazil, active in the design and manufacturing of landing gear for the aircraft industry. Already a shareholder of Magnaghi Aeronautica do Brasil Participacoes, Simest has subscribed to a capital increase for an investment of 1 million and 200 thousand euro reaching a share a final share of 40% of the company. The aim of the operation is to support the growth, both in size and organization of the company to fully transform it into a production hub of Magnaghi Group for the Brazilian market. The consolidation of the Magnaghi Group in Brazil will generate positive effects also in Italy, thanks to the activation of intercompany contracts that will produce multiple benefits.
