Starting January 29 until February 1, confectionery products from Piemonte will be the focus of ISM in Cologne, the International Salon where the latest trends in the sector convene. 17 companies from the provinces of Asti, Cuneo, and Turin will exhibit, coordinated by the Centro Estero per l’internazionalizzazione (Ceipiemonte) and the technical assistance department of the Centro Esteri Alpi del Mare (CEAM) within the Italian collective organised by Koelnmesse Italia in pavilion 4.2.
