Paris – Just a few months after it was submitted at Unesco’s headquarters by Mibact for Italy, the candidacy of ‘Search and Cracking of Truffle in Italy: knowledge and traditional practices’ for intangible heritage of humanity, promoted by the National Association of Truffles (Anct), it will be presented in Rome at the Library of the House of Representatives in via del Seminario 76, on Wednesday June 21 at 12 pm closing “with taste” the exhibition ‘In volo sull’Umbria’. The event, as well as the exhibition, is organized by the House Vice-President Marina Sereni, will be attended, among others, by ANCT President Michele Boscagli, Secretary General of Mibact Antonia Pasqua Recchia, and undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Gianpiero Bocci.
