Brussels – Two appointments in Brussels for the Assessor for the productive activities and tourism of the Tuscany Region, Stefano Ciuoffo for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20. Sustainable tourism and textile are the themes at the center of the two meetings he will attend. The first event is at RegioTex, a sectoral initiative launched by Euratex and the European Textile Platform, of which Tuscany is currently not a member but an observer. The assessor will also attend the meeting in view of a possible future joining of the network. During Tuesday’s meeting members will set up and make decisions on the initiatives to be taken in the field. In the afternoon Ciuoffo will be at the European Parliament. On the occasion of the 2017 International Year of Sustainable Tourism, the Tuscany Region, in collaboration with the NECSTouR network, organized a Round Table on Promoting European Sustainable Tourism For All, dedicated to the theme of Accessible Tourism.
