Sydney. Popina Kitchen, among the most famous restaurants in Sydney, will no longer be a mix of Israeli cuisine and an Italian charcuterie. Starting in August, Popina will become Italian thanks to chef Massimo Mele, the new executive chef and co-owner along with Stefano De Blasi and Edoardo Perlo. “In these weeks – explained Mele – we are producing a new menu. Dinner guests will be able to enjoy new dishes including gnocchi all’acqua pazza, classic Italian pizza, pork, sausage with broccoli and fontina and more. ” (9Colonne)
