Tokyo. The Italian Olympic athletes going to Tokyo 2020 have a home. On Wednesday, the Deputy Secretary General of CONI, Carlo Mornati guest of the Embassy of Italy, Coni’s deputy secretary-general, Carlo Mornati and Japanese counterparts, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between CONI, Saitama Prefecture, Tokorozawa City and Wasoeda University for the use of a campus of the prestigious Japanese university for pre-Olympic athletic preparation in the town of Tokorozawa.
