Madrid – TAPITALIA.eat is underway in Spain, a journey to discover the best tapas based on Italian products in Madrid. The initiative organised by the Italian Embassy in Spain, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain (CCIS) and ENIT – National Agency of Tourism, in collaboration with Mercados de Madrid, Italian Academy of Cuisine, Italian Nursery School, Italian Chefs Federation (Spain delegation) and Mo ‘Better Food, will be held until November 25th, during the 3rd Week of Italian Cuisine in the World. 22 establishments will take part in bars, restaurants and clubs in some municipal markets of Madrid, which offer Italian dishes and products in their gastronomic offer and which are part of two circuits: the MERCADOS itinerary, consisting of 5 rooms located in the markets of Chamberí, La Paz, Vallehermoso, and the CITY route, consisting of 17 restaurants and bars in different districts of the city.
