Rome – “Visioni sarde” aims to promote Sardinian cinema in the world. Established in 2014, the show has become increasingly important, maintaining its dual purpose: being a showcase for quality cinema produced in Sardinia, the discovery and appreciation of young Sardinian talents, for which it offers the opportunity to reach the widest national and international audience. The Sardinian Visions in the World project intends to disseminate the works on more continents through the network of Sardinian Circles, the Italian Cultural Institutes, the Comites and the Dante Alighieri Society thanks to contributions from the Autonomous Region of Sardinia – Department of Labor. The screenings of the selected shorts are expected today at the Casa del Cinema. Here are the selected titles: “Dans l’entente” by Chiara Porcheddu, “Eccomi” (Flamingos) by Sergio Falchi, “Il nostro concerto” (Our Concert) by Francesco Piras, “La notte di Cesare” (Caesar’s Night) by Sergio Scavio, “Sonus “By Andrea Mura,”Spiritosanto” (Holy Spirit) by Michele Marchi,”The Wash” by Tomaso Mannoni, and “Warlords” by Francesco Pirisi.
