(22 May 2017) Everything is ready in Vienna for the 15th edition of the “Nuovo Cinema Italia” film festival. Six Italian films are coming to Austria and will be screened at Votivkino cinema (Votivkino, Währingerstrasse 12, 1090). The show is scheduled from June 8th to June 14th. “Latin lover” by Cristina Comencini will kick off the series of events dedicated to Italian cinema followed by “Lea” by Marco Tullio Giordana. The Austrian audience will then be presented with “Don’t be Bad” (Non essere cattivo) by Claudio Caligari, “Anna (Per amor vostro) by Giuseppe M. Gaudino, and “God Willing” (Se Dio vuole) by Edoardo Falcone and finally “The Stuff of Dreams” (La stoffa dei sogni) directed by Gianfranco Cabiddu. “Nuovo Cinema Italia” is organised by Votivkino in collaboration with the Italian Insitute of Culture of Vienna.
