(Mar. 14) – “Made in Calabria” is a mission organized by the Italian-Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Enterprise Europe Network of Unioncamere Calabria. 22 companies from the region of Calabria operating in the home system, tourism and agribusiness, will be in Warsaw from April 22 to 25. “The mission to Poland – said the commissioner Fabrizio Capua – represents the natural continuation of the activities planned in 2011 to support the business firms from Calabria in foreign markets. The initiative aims at enhancing the image of ‘Made in Calabria’ in Poland – Capua said – through organic planning of actions to support processes of implantation and dissemination of regional productive excellence.” According to Lucio Dattola, president of Unioncamere Calabria “the project, in line with our institutional mission, confirms and renews the concrete support of the region’s economy and promoting our companies in Poland. It’s always a good thing to begin a debate on foreign markets,” Dattola has concluded. ” Hence the opportunity to sign business agreements but also to measure international potential of our firms.” (Ram/Peg)
