Oct. 1 – Veronafiere will export to Egypt the world of natural stones and factory machinery. Indeed, between December 9 and December 12 2012, Veronafiere will partner up with the Egyptian Art Line to promote its business and enter the North African and Middle Eastern market during an exclusive expo. The event has been made possible thanks to Marmomacc and Samoter, two of Veronafiere’s biggest brands in the construction sector. In fact, their initials will feature in the event’s title: MS Africa and Middle East, The International Trade Fair for Stone Design, Technology, Earthmoving and Building Machinery. North Africa, and Egypt specifically, is considered essential to the development of this Italian sector, and Samoter and Marmomacc have already partnered up with approximately 60 local companies. While the Egyptian economy is still recovering from recent political events, it is still a strategic regional hub thanks to its COMESA and GAFTA economic agreements, which connect the country to the rest of the continent.
