Oct. 12 – A double celebration for Marazzi Group, an Italian ceramics firm that recently opened its first flagship store in Germany, in Hamburg, and a new showroom in Paris. The German store is over 500 square meters big and can be found at n° 145 of Friedrich-Erbert-Damm. Its main clients are architects, designers and construction experts. In fact, the area, ideated by architect Gianluca Rossi, Marazzi’s art director, dedicates an important section to the projecting world, filled with technical material, such as ventilated walls and elevated floors. The Paris showroom focuses on bathroom decorations, especially the latest light and large formats. Both openings are part of the growth strategy put forth by Marazzi, who, in Germany, is the first Italian operator and among the first in general, with sales above €50 million. In Paris, along the Pont de l’Alma and the Ecole Militaire, the focus is more on architectural style and research. In fact, the showroom, which covers 320 square meters, is divided in two parts: an open space, where the new collections can be admired; and a technical area, where architects and other professionals con refurbish their equipment and transform their ideas into reality.
