Oct. 19 – The third edition of Medinit Expo in Casablanca has come to an end. Medinit is the most important Moroccan marble and construction expo, and it is organized in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Morocco. Thanks to their recent participation, the Italian firms were able to open their commercial activities to a market that grew by 6%. In fact, Casablanca, a metropolis in the true sense and Morocco’s largest city, has a population of 5.5 million and is considered the economic capital of the country. Medinit’s success is due to the complete offer of different types of products exposed: all of Italy’s urbanist production is present – from residential, to industrial and commercial. The 2012 edition saw the participation of
60 Italian firms and 500 Moroccan ones.
