Oct. 26 – In the past days, the special mission “Project India” took place in the city of Mumbai, India. The project was made possible thanks to the Productive Activity Department of the Sicilian Region, and the participation on the ground of The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The aim was overall to increase knowledge of Sicily and its institutional, scientific and economic realities – to promote a system. The mission included a series of institutional encounters, as well as visits to Indian firms with a keen interest, and with a possibility of partnership within the Italian market – hi-tech, mechanics, mechatronics, food processing, stone processing, cinema and cinematography. In fact, several companies began negotiations for techno-industrial and commercial partnerships between the two countries.
