Nov. 8 – A push from the wind of solidarity: the Modena Bellerophon III boat will participate on Nov. 25 in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers, the most famous crossing of the Atlantic. The crew is composed of six members, all fans of sailing, but none of them racing professionals. Participating in this long race (2,700 sea miles from Las Palmas in the Canary Islands to Saint Lucia in the Caribbean Sea), is a show of solidarity for the earthquake victims. The crew wants to maintain the current level of attention for post-earthquake recovery programs, and raise funds for the renovation of the pool of Finale Emilia.
