Nov. 28 – A new restaurant of the chain “Dei Frescobaldi” opened in Miami, Florida, and is called just “Dei Frescobaldi Miami Beach.” The restaurant, which is located in downtown Miami, has a restaurant area, a wine bar (with a special menu), and a lounge bar, where cocktails are served. The philosophy behind the concept, after the success of the restaurants in Florence and Harrods, is to offer typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, accompanied by wines from the Frescobaldi selection, a name that is more and more a symbol of tradition and quality. Another feature of the Miami restaurant, which will most likely become the best point of reference for those who want to experience the whole of Tuscany, is the relaxed atmosphere and elegant ensemble, and the cuisine based on top-quality ingredients. “Tuscany is famous around the world, thanks to its gastronomic culture. We are happy that this restaurant will recreate some of those experiences directly in America, allowing consumers to get closer or better understand traditional Tuscan recipes,” said Piero Benini, member of the” Dei Frescobaldi Retail and Restaurant. “The menu is created by Chef Marco de Simone and includes handmade pasta, meat, a selection of cheeses and Tuscan cold cuts, as well as unique dishes such as risotto Nipozzano, a Carnaroli rice cooked with Nipozzano Chianti Rufina, fillet of beef marinated 48 hours, salad Chianina, ravioli with black truffle d’Orcia, the rack of lamb on a bed of wood and chocolate sauce.
