Apr. 23 – Fujitsu has been courting with ever greater vigor the Italian S5 Tech, the Electronic shelf label. According to the Japanese firm, the Italian company would be perfect to ensure a punctual and fast solution for social networks and portals distribution, thanks to its patent of electronic tags in sensor networks processing the products on the shelf in the middle of communication instantaneous. A first agreement has already been reached and is based on a valid distribution on Italian territory, yet this is only the first step in a long series of cooperation agreements: Fujitsu would ultimately wish to expand the collaboration with S5 Tech for the use of the patent-scale at the European and global levels. An agreement of this kind would ensure a success the Italian company probably never anticipated.
