May 27 – The Veneto Region provides new funding opportunities to support innovation to be implemented in cooperation with European companies. The financing resources are pooled at the EU, national and regional levels and are part of the Regional Operational Program “Regional competitiveness and employment.” A special feature of the initiative is its interregional and European cooperation focus, required to strengthen the capacity of Veneto business collaboration systems outside the regional borders, and increase the competitiveness and integration of certain sectors of the economy. Projects that involve the participation of one Veneto company and a foreign (Member State) partner are eligible for funding. The call is addressed to micro, small and medium- enterprises, or groups in temporary partnerships. In the latter case, the partnership may also include large enterprises.
