Aug. 29 – Italian food products, beverages, and packaging: one of Italy’s landmarks in the world continues its expansion abroad, exploring unknown territories such as Southeastern Europe. The appointment with Interfood & Drink, the international exhibition of food products, beverages, packaging, machinery and technology in the food industry, is for Nov. 7-10 in Sofia. There will ” Italian Area” organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria in cooperation with the local ICEcibo Department, the Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian firms. In addition, the Chamber of Commerce, given the success of the past edition, will also organize a “Italian Taste Workshop – style, culture and tradition on Italian tables,” a gourmet area aimed at promoting regional agro-food products, linked to the best gastronomic tradition through tastings, cooking shows and acrobatic pizza displays.
