Oct. 30 – Water from the Italian Alps is famous all over the world: it’s light and of high quality, and it has already won over consumers from the world’s largest cities. And China is about to make the list, as Italy prepares to send over its water coolers. The company “Acquaviva Italia” is shipping water from the Valli del Pasubio, in the province of Vicenza at the foot of the Dolomites small. Already present in China for several years now through a dealers’ network, Acquaviva Italia recently opened the KR Water Technology Solution Co Ltd establishment, a company resulting from the joint venture between the Italian company and a group of local businessmen for the production and distribution of water dispensers. The operation was followed by the legal and tax firm Spadafora De Rosa, who assisted Riccardo Marchini, CEO for Acquaviva Italia SpA, from the technical and legal point of view in the constitution and in the international development of the Chinese -Italian joint venture based in Ningbo, China. “We are, to date, the only manufacturer in China in our industry – said Marchini – We have focused on China for several years and now we are starting to diversify our activities. In addition to the production of emitters, we have an interest in promoting the development of the Acquaviva brand through the distribution of our 100% Italian water coolers in the Chinese market, which has more than 1.5 billion potential customers.” The support from the Spadafora De Rosa legal firm was essential in every phase of the project . “Acquaviva Italia – said Nicola Spadafora, a lawyer and partner at the firm that assists Italian companies in their internationalization processes – is a leading company in the production and distribution of natural water coolers and is pursuing its successful internationalization policy. In times of economic crises, it definitely is one of the few Italian companies with a plus sign in its accounts. Their investments in China will bring Italian water dispenser products to the first world market in terms of population and development prospects.”
