Jan. 17 – “Green Week is an excellent showcase for South Tyrol,” says Hansjörg Prast, director of EOS, Export Organization South Tyrol. For the 43rd time, the region’s quality products will be showcased at the International Green Week in Berlin, the world’s largest exhibition dedicated to the food industry, agriculture and gardening which will remain open until January 26. EOS, of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano, organized a stand of 190 square meters to host the products. “This year – said the director – we will also present the Regiograno project. The Tyrolean baker Richard Schwienbacher will prepare for the first time bakery products on site.” The stand will also host local wine and grappa, apples, apple juice, speck, cheese and bread. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious snack with cheese and speck. There will also be musical entertainment by ” Die Zomgschwoastn,” harp and guitar.
