London – The ICE Agency is organizing, in collaboration with the Consortium Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, a promotional activity dedicated to buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes DOP. The initiative will take place in several European countries throughout the year. After the success of the first seminar held in Vienna in April, the next stop is in London. The first event will take place tomorrow at 3pm at Westminster Kingsway College. Antonio Lucisano, director of the Consorzio di Tutela della Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop, will give a lecture on the famous cheese in front of an audience of professionals and future chefs. He will be accompanied by chef Giuseppe Del Gaizo, who will give a practical demonstration of the use of mozzarella cheese. The second event will take place on Wednesday at 10.30am at the Italian Cultural Institute in London. (9Colonne)
