Sarajevo – The Trentino Civil Protection staff, on Saturday, will accompany the National Civil Protection Department and the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia to Sarajevo. The Trentino team, led by Luisa Zappini, director of the Central Emergency unit, and Giovanni Tomasi of the Risk Prevention Service, will be doing some “scouting” or establishing a first contact with their partners and identifying intervention spots. The project will result in the removal of water and mud deposited from homes. Dewatering pumps, generators, tanks for drinking water, canisters for drinking water distribution and all necessary equipment will be provided. (9Colonne)
