May 29 – Savona delicacies will be at the “L’Italie à Table” exhibition in Nice, from May 29 to June 1, when the Promenade des Anglais will offer the best of Italian cuisine and gourmet products. Nine businesses from the province (Borea & Rossi Bevande di Albenga, Buona Compagnia Gourmet di Savona, Canaiella Azienda Olivicola di Savona, Cooperativa Mare di Albenga, I Sapori dell’Arca di Albenga, Il Chinotto nella Rete di Savona, Miele Molinari di Vado Ligure, Otre d’Or di Andora e Salumificio Chiesa di Finale Ligure) will share a 60 square meters booth set up by the Chamber of Commerce. Savona products will be the focus of the display on Saturday 31 May, during a “cooking show” presentation, demonstration and tasting of typical Liguria dishes made by the Savona Chefs Association and students of the Institute of Hospitality in Finale Ligure. The chefs and students will use the products brought by the companies present at the fair for seventy traders, restaurateurs, and journalists from the Cote d’Azur and the Alpes-Maritimes region.
