London – Bellavita Expo London is one of the most important international trade shows dedicated to the excellence of Italian food. The event will be held July 19-21 to serve as a platform for the promotion of Italian food products. The fair will be divided into two themes: “The ways of taste” and “The Passion of wine.” This is an important showcase for Italian companies as the event is sponsored by the ICE Agency, the Ministry of Economic Development and the European Parliament. Luca Gardini, Best World Sommelier in 2010, and Fausto Arrighi, food critic and director of the Michelin Guide 2005-2012, will be in London as ambassadors of Made in Italy alongside chefs Filippo Chiappini Dattilo and Augustine Iacobucci, and will host cooking shows, tastings and master classes.
