Moscow – Jamie Oliver, chef, television presenter and author of many cookbooks, chose Pedon’s bulgur for his restaurants in Moscow and Hong Kong. The Italian company was founded in 1984 by three brothers, and is now present in all distribution channels with both products under its own brand and labels for retail. Bulgur, similar to couscous, but with larger grains, is a food made from durum sprouted wheat, which is treated in a special process. Pedon’s bulgur is part of the Salvaminuti brand, products that are easy to prepare and ready in ten minutes. (9Colonne)
