Paris – Extra virgin olive oil and biscuits, along with other traditional products, are the selected foods of the Siaft 5 program. They will be one of the attractions at the Sial Food Fair, scheduled for Oct. 19-24 in Paris at the Parc d’Expositions de Paris-Villepinte north. “San Canio e frantoio oleario sas” of Montescaglioso and Fratelli Laurieri of Matera, which operates in the field of sweet and savory baked goods, are the chosen companies to attend the event. They will exhibit, thanks to the organizational support of the Chamber of Commerce of Matera’s special agency (CESP), oil and biscuits along with the products of other 26 companies from the territories of other regional chambers of commerce.
