Oct. 21 – Ten Reggio Emilia agribusiness, through a collective organized by the local Chamber of Commerce, will showcase their excellence at Sial Paris (which closes on October 23), one of the largest fairs in the industry, with more than 150,000 visitors from from 200 countries. At the International Show, the Reggio Emilia Chamber of Commerce also brings selected wines from the 2014 Wine “Matilde di Canossa-Terre di Lambrusco” Competition, information on products, and tastings led by a professional sommeliers. “The collective participation of these companies – reads a note – is part of a rich program of initiatives that in recent months have been put forward in favor of the local agricultural system. We particularly stress the importance of digital channels to highlight the presence of our culinary excellence worldwide.”
