Paris – The Consortium for the Protection of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is getting ready for the 2014 edition of Paris SIAL. The French event marks the first of a series of important national and international appointments for the Consortium. October 19-23, over 6000 exhibitors and 150,000 visitors from over 200 countries will be in Paris for the 50th edition of SIAL. The Consortium has scheduled meetings, discussions and tastings to highlight all the qualitative and typological peculiarities and characteristics of the oils represented by the Consortium. The main aim of the trip is to consolidate the international image of the Consortium, especially in terms of relations with new buyers. (9Colonne)
