Paris – Paris hosted the final leg of the two-month tour that brought Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP in a series of major international events. The tour began in Dubai, during the 5th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit. Then it moved to Vienna, with a seminar for the Austrian press, nutritionists, and hotel schools teachers. And finally, the tour came to France: first in Lyon and then the capital. And the Ville Lumiere welcomed all Italian food lovers for two sold out workshops at the Carrousel du Louvre, where the event “Le Grand Tasting” took place. The event was organized by two giants of the food and wine communication industry, Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve. The public was able to learn more about two authentic excellences: Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and Pizza Napoletana, a classic combination that was reinterpreted by pizza masters Franco Pepe and Salvatore Salvo.
