Dec. 5 – Two exceptional artists, two different world views, and two ways to return pathos to life experience in a different expression of the same evocative power: Piero Mascetti’s painting is not as distant as it may seem from Raffi Tokatlian’s sculptures. The Galleria Connaissance des Arts of Saifi Village in Downtown Beirut is hosting “Touching Edges”, an exhibition sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute in Beirut. The opening is scheduled for tomorrow, December 6; it will remain open during the Christmas holidays, closing on January 15, 2015.
