Dec. 18 – Carmelo Cutuli, president of the Italy-US Friendship Association “The Watson Society”, was elected member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (IACC Midwest), based in Chicago. Cutuli, born in 1969, Public Relations expert and journalist, in the course of his career was involved in innovation and young business realites for many domestic and foreign projects. Since 2004, he operates mainly in the field of internationalization, promoting Made in Italy in the United States and in Northern Europe. Cutuli is an expert in international public relations, as well as new digital technologies; he recently launched a blogozine in English, “Made in Italy Now”, which is enjoying considerable success in the US, where it has been reviewed by major media outlets. The new Board, chaired by Mauro Galli (President of TourCrafters) counts two partners operating in Italy: Fabio Cutuli and Nuccio (Mediaset Journalist). (Red)
