Miami – It’s a mosaic of twelve real stories built within a structure that tries to weave the classic Italian comedy with the portraits and testimonies of the characters. “Vacanze a Miami” is a program that airs on RAI-3 tomorrow at 9.05pm. The narration is centered in Miami, where Italian tourists and expats talk about their country of origin with the perspective only time and distance can give. Structured in different episodes, Vacanze a Miami is retrospectively trying to write a realist comedy. Thanks to the vacationers and migrant workers, it’s possible to rewrite the traditional format of Italian comedy, giving life to a genre that borders on public service broadcasts. (9Colonne)
