Beijing – At the end of the meetings held in Beijing with the delegation of China Public Diplomacy Association (which brings together several major cultural realities – China’s ‘soft power’), the former mayor of Rome and president of Priorità Cultura, Francesco Rutelli, was chosen to guide the Steering Committee of the Silk Road Cities Alliance. It is a new project that will bring together the many cities that share the common historical routes of the Silk Road, both by land and sea. The cultural and economic initiatives will be presented in the coming weeks in China and Italy. (9Colonne)
