New York – The 41st Parallel festival has been held for more than ten years in New York, at the Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimo of New York University. And here is where young and seasoned Italian movie fans recently gathered to pay tribute to Vittorio De Sica. The New York audience attended a screening of his masterpieces, including “Marriage Italian Style”, adapted from Eduardo de Filippo’s play by “Filumena Marturano,” starring one of the most famous couples of Italian cinema: Sophia Loren and Marcello Mastroianni.
