(May 15) Restaurateurs, importers, sommeliers, and many wine-lovers: this will be the audience on 4 June in Zurich for the fifth edition of “Barolo & Friends Event”. The initiative, organized by the Consortium Wines of Piedmont and the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland, provides an innovative and experimental program held at the Zunfthaus zur Saffran, home of the congregation of the Zurich agri-food traders. On the occasion of the event, the collaboration with the magazine Vinum, the main Swiss magazine dedicated to wine, will be renewed. (Cle)
