Sevastopol – Master cheesemaker Antonio Farina from the Italian region of Campania is helping organize the production of mozzarella, ricotta and cheese in Sevastopol, made from local raw materials. He appreciated the quality of milk from Crimea, and his colleagues say the sanctions will not interfere in Russian-Italian cooperation in Crimea. From the Italian side, the project involved the association Bravo Italia, which promotes Campania products in the world. The Russian-Italian project involves creating in Sevastopol a caseificio, a store that will process 5.2 tons of milk per day and produce 150-500 kg of cheese. (9Colonne)
