Rotterdam – Two entrepreneurs from Puglia’s Francavilla Fontana (Brindisi), who live in Rotterdam for just launched a new initiative on www.kickstarter.com (the online fundraising platform for creative projects). Their project is called “Panzeró Apulian StrEat Food” and wants to open a first location in Rotterdam to introduce the “Panzerotti Pugliesi” in their different varieties: salty and sweet. The goal is to later expand to other cities and countries. The project launched on Kickstarter wants to raise €80,000 and will be online until July 31. Kickstarter’s rule is: “all or nothing”, and if at the end of 33 days the amount of €80,000 euro will not be collected, the project won’t be established and the supporters’ money won’t be charged. In recognition, all supporters will recieved prizes that vary based on the amount donated. You can support the project by paying just €2, or €7,000. (9Colonne)
