Hong Kong – Spring Holdings, a subsidiary of Emerisque Brands, and China Outfitters Holdings Limited have formed a joint venture based in Hong Kong, known as Marina Yachting Hong Kong Limited. The new company will work on the design, production, marketing and sale of products of the Italian brand Marina Yachting in Greater China, namely the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The new company plans to launch the brand’s collections in China in spring/summer 2016, and to open more than 200 stores by 2020. (9Colonne)
