Algiers – The Cremonini Group, which operates in the production, distribution and catering business areas, has signed an agreement with the Algerian public company Proda for the establishment of a joint enterprise for the development of the local beef industry. The activities of the new company include all procedures from last phase of cattle fattening (feedlot), subsequent processes (slaughtering and processing), and marketing. Cremonini has committed to provide Proda with consulting services on livestock breeding and the establishment and operation of farms. (9colonne)
